Examples of a first message
A message in your own words is enough, for example:
- “Three people on our team handle orders every day, and the same information gets moved to several places.”
- “Preparing quotes takes us too long, because prices, past quotes and technical details live in different places.”
- “Our team is trying AI on its own, but everyone does it differently. We’d like shared training built around our own tasks.”
What happens next
- We read your message and reply within a working day.
- We agree on a half-hour call. There we work out whether it’s training or a significant implementation project, or that neither fits yet.
- If we go ahead, you get a written proposal that says what we’ll do, what you’ll own at the end and what it costs. No monthly fee unless you ask for one.

Our office is in Lahti, Finland. We work remotely across Finland and come on site when it’s needed.
