AI training for your team
The problem
Everyone has the tool, no one has a shared way of using it. One person tries AI on emails, another on reports, a third not at all, and nobody knows what the others could learn from each other. Results vary from person to person, nobody is quite sure what can safely go into which tool, and the best habits live in one person’s head and get lost when that person changes roles. There’s no IT department that can fix this with a policy document or buy a ready-made course off the shelf.
Generic training doesn’t help here, because the examples don’t match anyone’s actual work. When an exercise uses made-up material from a different industry, what’s learned often stays disconnected and doesn’t carry over to Monday’s inbox or report.
What we do
We run a half-day or full-day session with a ready-made, repeatable structure that we apply to your team. The shared foundation covers handling information, writing, documents, analysis, checking results and building your own working instructions. Examples are chosen from ready-made modules, for sales, administration, customer service or marketing, for example, matched to what fits your everyday work.
Exercises are done on your own, approved material. We don’t map every one of your processes in advance: the training content and the use of your material are agreed together before the training day, with a short pre-training survey, and the training doesn’t include hidden, open-ended consulting. We cover the basic obligations of data protection and the EU AI Act from a business point of view: what can go into a tool and what can’t, and why. During the day the team builds its own prompt library, which stays in use after the training ends. Training is held on site or remotely, followed by one check-in session afterward to see what stuck and what didn’t.
Every exercise is shown at two levels. First, how you do the task yourself with AI: you give it the material, ask for a draft and check the result. Then, how the same work could run as a built solution: the data is fetched from agreed systems, the draft appears directly in the right place, and an employee checks it before it goes out. That way the team sees what it can put to use the next working day, and where an implementation project is worth considering.
We also train the same discipline we apply to our own analysis work: keeping a number AI produces traceable back to its source before it’s used in a decision. The same goes for recognising a situation where an AI suggestion should be rejected outright, not just edited.
What you own
The materials and the prompt library land in your own document storage. We don’t sell a platform or a licence. After training, nothing is billed to us monthly unless you specifically want an ongoing support arrangement. Part of the training is also choosing the right size of AI model for a task, which keeps day-to-day usage costs down after we’re gone.
What we don’t promise
- Open-ended, company-specific consulting at the training price. Training uses a ready-made structure and agreed example modules. A review covering every process in your company is its own, separately agreed piece of work.
- That one training day changes habits for good without follow-up. That’s why the check-in session is part of the service, not an upsell.
- A binding legal reading of the EU AI Act. We cover the basic obligations; the final interpretation for your situation is for your own legal counsel.
- That every task is worth automating. Part of the training is learning to recognise when AI is not the right tool for a task.
- Generic training on tools we haven’t used ourselves. The examples come from what we’ve actually tested.
- A security solution through training alone. Training builds a shared understanding, but access rights and technical controls are their own, separate matter.
First step
A short pre-training survey is enough.
